My journey began in Salem, Oregon, where I served as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Salem Health from 2013 to 2018. This role instilled in me a profound respect for meticulous care and precision, qualities that I carried over to my next role in the United States Air Force. Starting in December 2018, I specialized in Cyber Transport, mastering technologies from Cisco to Juniper, and transitioned into a pivotal role in Network Defense, safeguarding the networks for the MQ9 drone enterprise at Creech AFB.

My dedication to cybersecurity deepened through my various assignments with the National Security Agency, where I serviced enterprise network systems across multiple sites including NSA Georgia and NSA Washington. My role expanded from technical troubleshooting to leading complex projects, ensuring the security and integrity of critical network infrastructures.

In recognition of my leadership and expertise, I was selected as the first airman for integration into a joint ISR collections office. There, I collaborated with over 150 global DoD and allied personnel, significantly expanding the operational capacity of NSAG mission planners by producing near-real-time actionable reports. This role underscored the importance of seamless teamwork and cross-functional collaboration in high-stakes environments.

I am currently continuing my education in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, anticipating graduation by January 2025. My certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, and Project+, along with ITILv4 Foundation. These credentials underpin my hands-on experience and theoretical knowledge, preparing me for continued challenges in cybersecurity.
